Inspiring Short Story

One day a farmer’s donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn’t worth it to retrieve the donkey.

He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone’s amazement he quieted down.

A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up.

As the farmer’s neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and happily trotted off!

MORAL:
Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of our troubles is a steppingstone. We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up.

Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

1. Free your heart from hatred - Forgive.

2. Free your mind from worries - Most never happens.

3. Live simply and appreciate what you have.

4. Give more.

5. Expect less from people but more from God.

“My Loving Father”

He’s the strictest person I’ve ever met in my whole life. But even though he’s like that, he never forget to say “I love you” to me. Whenever he’s here with us or even only in chat and text he never forget to say those words. He’s always proud of me whenever he introduces me to his friends and to our other relatives.

He gets mad at me when I’m sitting while I’m singing; he makes sure that whenever I’m singing it should be full voice or else I’ll hear many comments from him. He’s my voice trainer actually. J We used to have bonding with each other, like I play the guitar and he’s the one who will be singing or vice versa. Sometimes I do guitar covers with him and post it in facebook even though it’s not that good, we just laugh at it.  

He’s my number 1 fan. He never forgets to give flattering comments in my videos. We always share jokes and trivia, he’s a funny dad! J. When he hears a love song, he’ll pull me to dance with him even though I don’t like, because it’s not my thing (dancing). I love my father, he sees me as a beautiful daughter as if I have no imperfections.

Music ease all the pain inside your Heart

When you’re sad, put your earphones on and put your speaker into 100% volume and choose your favorite song. It can help you to ease the pains you hide,. I’m doing it right now :’(

Family Issues

This past few days, I have encountered family problems and it was really bad because my family are having trouble with each other just because of a gossip. I hate when something like this is happening, it’s my weakness when my family was one who are being involved in certain issues. 

You know the feeling of going with your aunt’s house or grandma’a house or any of my family then you feel awkward because you know that there’s something misunderstanding between them. I am really affected, it was very awful seeing them in this situation. I’m just hoping that it will all be okay, especially Christmas is already coming soon, its hard to be happy when you really know that in your family there are members who are not okay with each other. I hope it will never happen again. 

Lessons:

Confront first the people who you have problem with or ask first if the issue was really true

Be true to yourself

Tell your resentments, don’t keep it inside you and then in the end you’ll just explode that will gonna be the reason of misunderstandings.
